The Aussie $ is going down and energy costs are getting more expensive
Everyone likes saving money on energy costs and there are a multitude of energy saving products on the market today.
However, there are not many that save you energy costs all year.
Some electrical products such as LED lighting and other smart electrical fittings and appliances will save you all year round.
There are a lot of other products including insulation, however, this can be compromised in periods of extended summer heat, unless you install an effective roofspace ventilation system.
ROOFSPACE VENTILATION WITH AN EFFECTIVE VENTILATION SYSTEM IS A LITTLE KNOWN ALL YEAR ROUND ENERGY SAVER.
Our system for tile and colourbond roofs have proven to save on energy costs for all the seasons, in summer if you have air conditioning prepare to save big dollars on your energy costs.
You will notice that your airconditioner turns off more often in summer and what we call the edge days, usually November, December and early January, you will hardly use air conditioning at all. The hotter days of Spring and Autumn 28° to 30° you will find there is no need to use your airconditioner or little need for use.
Then in the winter it’s a reverse cycle, your effective roof ventilation system keeps your roofspace dry from condensation problems protecting all your roofing materials – timber, ceiling and insulation especially if you have a colourbond roof, these are notorious for condensation problems. Tile roofs with or without sarking are also vulnerable to horrific condensation problems without effective ventilation.
So there you have it a product for energy savings all year round, we reiterate everyone loves saving money on energy costs – you don’t want to be cooling the heat overload of the roofspace as well as the home, do you?
So for a one off cost, no maintenance, saving money for decades to come, you can’t beat that.
Whether you have airconditioning or you don’t you will still benefit from a cooler home if you install our roof ventilation systems.
